I’m trying to get healthy and treat my temple better!

I currently weigh 170 but would like to get down to maybe 160.

Goal for week 1: Log food and work out 4 times a week. Abs before bed (25 sits ups, 50 Russian twists, 25 bicycles, 20 flutter kicks, and 1 min. plank) every night.
